What Happens During A Renovation?

Renovations are mainly just cosmetic repairs. The reason being is that you’re already working with an existing structure and you’re not changing the layout of the home or building. Renovations tend to be more cost effective due to little to no demolition. Cosmetic repairs can be, new paint, tiling, new flooring, removing and replacing sinks, etc. Doing a renovation is like giving your home a facelift. You’re just sprucing it up to make it beautiful and livable. Renovations are a great way to add value to your home.
